This might have been my most delicious meal I made in a really long time(even better than the langos)!! I just feel like crying when I see this. you can never understand just how wonderful this was until you do it yourself. Do it!! Here’s the recipe:

g firm tofu.
1 can of beer
2 dl + 2 tbsp flour
3 dl oatseeds
2 dl sesameseeds
1 tbsp garlic powder

2 dl wine
One vegetablebroth
1-2 tbsp vegan butter
3-4 dl vegetable milk(i used soymilk)
1-2 tsp mustard
salt & pepper
1 tsp garlicpowder
1-2 tbsp cornflour as thickener

In one bowl, mix beer and flour(i took cornflour), and in the other mix oats, sesameseeds and spices.

After that you put them directly in the frying pan and something like this will appear:IMG_1493

Eat with mashed potatoes(i just mix potatoes, oatmilk, salt&pepper, some dill and muskot).

The sauce you do like this:
Boil the wine with the buljong until its half the size. Add the butter and the milk. Stir until its almost boiling, then add the mustard and the spices. Boil a little while stirring and finally add the flour. MMM!
